Welcome!
I have created this website to:
- provide you with new and interesting information about brain health
- help you achieve a happy, healthy brain
- curate information and resources for anyone impacted and concerned about Alzheimer’s disease
If you or someone you know is showing signs of dementia, figuring out where to start can be overwhelming.
I’m here to share my personal experiences, offer some insight, and give you a big virtual hug. Also, this site is a therapeutic outlet for me to write about my family’s personal struggle with Alzheimer’s disease. Through my experiences and discoveries along this journey, I hope to provide you with a little extra support. Thank you!
