I have long been interested in and curious about how the mind works and about human behavior. I have also had a long-term fascination of the clear role nutrition and exercise play on the health of the brain, and I just wanted to learn more. As such, I recently graduated with a degree in Psychology to further support my passion and commitment to studying and understanding brain health.

Three generations before me have been affected by Alzheimer’s disease and dementia on my maternal side: my mother, my grandmother, and my great-grandmother. I’m sure you can imagine my concern for my own brain health.

Because I understand how devastating this disease truly is with the impact it has had on my life, I decided to channel my energy and experience into creating this website. Along with providing resources that I have found very helpful, I want to provide all kinds of information, tips, and tools that I find interesting about Alzheimer’s and about brain health in general. I am committed to connecting you with the news, updates, and discoveries that are culled from a vast well of new and updated information.
